Returns

Krieger Watches' Return Policy lasts 60 days from the date of purchase. After this time, we cannot offer you a refund or an exchange.

When you return an item, it must be in the same condition that you received it and all parts included. If any parts are missing or damaged, we will not accept your return.

We do not accept refunds for used products. Any signs of wear or removal of parts including foil and tags will result in refusal of the return.

Refunds

Once we receive your return and inspect it, we'll email you to let you know that it's been received. We’ll also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund at that time.

If your refund is approved, the funds will be returned to your payment account/credit card within days.

Exchanges

We replace items only if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us by email at clientcare@kriegerwatches.com

Shipping
To return your product, you should contact us for your closest delivery location.

Unfortunately, the costs of shipping must be paid by the sender. Delays in delivery may occur if you live far from the location of exchange.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
